Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not satisfied with your subscription to Properties.rw, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not offer refunds or prorations for unused days or months in our subscription plans.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please email us at talk2us@properties.rw with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.” Your subscription will be cancelled the following month, and you will be switched to our Free Account, which allows you to list 10 properties for free. Your listings will be archived and will no longer be visible to visitors. You will need to log in to your account and choose which listings you want to keep live. Once you have chosen which listings you want to keep live, you will need to submit them again for approval.
