Yes, there is a free account available on Properties.rw for estate agencies and property developers in Rwanda. The free account includes:
- No setup fees ever: You can create a free account and start listing properties without having to pay any setup fees.
- 10 free property listings: You can list up to 10 properties for free. Each property listing will be active for 30 days unless it is deleted or disabled.
- 7 images per property listing: You can upload up to 7 images for each property listing.
- Business automatically added to agency or developer directory: Your business will be automatically added to the agency or developer directory, which will help potential buyers or renters find you.
- A micro site included with membership: You will get a micro site for your business, which you can use to promote your properties and services.
- The free account is a great way to get started with Properties.rw and to see if the platform is a good fit for your business.
- If you need more than 10 property listings, you can upgrade to a paid subscription plan. Standard Estate Agency accounts start at RWF20,000 per month, and standard Property Developer accounts start at RWF30,000 per month. Upgrading to a paid subscription plan on Properties.rw will give you access to more listings and features
Once your listing has been published on Properties.rw, you can edit and update it as needed.
- Log into your account, navigate to your property listings.
- Select the listing you wish to amend.
- From there, you can change the property details, update the description, add up to 7 photos (on the free account), adjust the pricing, and more.

- Once you submit the form, you will receive a verification email with a link to confirm your registration.
- Click on the link in the email to verify your account and set your password.
- Once your account is verified, you can start enjoying all the benefits of being a registered user on Properties.rw

To set your property as “featured” on properties.rw, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on Properties.rw.

- Check you have the required subscription to enable “Featured Property”. This will be displayed under “Your Current Package”.
- Go to “My Properties List”. Locate the property you want to feature and click on the “Actions” drop down menu.
- Look for the “Set As Featured”.
- Select this option to set your property as “Featured”.
- Your account will automatically refresh to confirm the changes to apply the “featured” status to your property.
By setting your property as “featured,” it will gain more visibility and prominence on Properties.rw, increasing its chances of attracting potential buyers or renters.

In your Dashboard click on “My Profile”.
Your profile information will be displayed, and you will be able to edit the current information or add new information to your profile.
Once complete, scroll down and click on “Update Profile” and your profile information will be updated.
You can review the changes you have made by clicking on “View Public Profile” to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Once you have completed these steps, your agency or developer profile on Properties.rw will be updated with the new information you provided. It is important to keep your profile information up to date to maintain accuracy and attract potential clients or partners.
