How do I change my contact details, email address or password?

To change your name, email address and contact information on your Properties.rw account, please follow these steps:

Login to your Properties.rw account.
Click on the “My Profile” tab in the menu to the left of the screen
In the main page, under the “Contact Information” section, you can enter and update your contact details, including your name, email address, and contact phone number, and other contact information in the respective fields.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Update Profile’ to save your changes.

To change your password on your Properties.rw account, please follow these steps:

Login to your Properties.rw account.
Click on the “My Profile” tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section ‘Change Password’.
Your Old Password will already be filled in; DO NOT change this field.
Enter your new password in the “New Password” field under this, and in the “Confirm New Password” fields.
Click on the “Reset Password” button
Your New Password will now be ready to use

Here are some additional things to keep in mind when changing your contact details, email address or password:

Make sure that you enter your new contact details correctly.
Make sure that you remember your new password.
