How do I add, delete or disable agents attached to my Properties.rw account?

How to add an Agent to your Agency or Developer Account
To add an agent to your agency or developer account, follow these steps:
- Go to your agency or developer account dashboard (see image above).
- Click on the “Add New Agent” tab.
- Enter the agent’s name, email address, password and phone number, and all other relevant information. Please note, once the agent has logged into their account, they will be able to update all their profile information.
- Once you have finished entering all the Agent’s information, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Add New Agent” button.
The agent will be added to your account and you will be able to view all of your agents under the Agent List in the dashboard menu on the left-hand side of the page. You will need to provide your agent with their login details (username, email address, and password) so that they can log in to their account.
Important Notes:
- Only agency or developer accounts can add or delete agents.
- Agents cannot create their own accounts on Properties.rw.
- Agents can only be associated with one agency or developer account at a time.
How to delete an Agent to your Agency or Developer Account

To delete an agent to your agency or developer account, follow these steps::
- Go to your agency or developer account dashboard and click on the Agent List tab.
- Click on the Actions drop-down menu next to the agent you want to delete (see image above).
- Select Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Note: When you delete an agent, all of their listings and other data will also be deleted.
How to disable an Agent to your Agency or Developer Account
To disable an agent account, follow these steps:
- Go to your agency or developer account dashboard and click on the Agent List tab.
- Click on the Actions drop-down menu next to the agent you want to disable.
- Select Disable.
- Click Disable to confirm.
When you disable an agent account, the agent will no longer be able to access their account or perform any actions on Properties.rw. However, their listings and other data will remain intact.
To enable a disabled agent account, follow the same steps and select Enable from the Actions drop-down menu.
Note: When you disable an agent account, their listings will remain active. However, any new listings that the agent tries to create will be rejected.
