How can I contact an estate agent, agency or property developer regarding a property?

There are several ways in which a property seeker can contact an estate agent,  estate agency or property developer in Rwanda on Properties.rw:

• Contact form: On every property listing, there is a contact form that a property seeker fill out to get in touch with the agent or agency handling the property. In the contact form, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and a message.
• By Email: You can also email the estate agent, agency or property developer directly via their agent profile. 
• By Phone or WhatsApp: Property seekers can also call or WhatsApp the agent or agency directly. The phone number for the agent or agency is usually listed on the property listing contact form.
• By Social media: The estate agent, agency or property developer may also be active on social media. You can contact them through their social media accounts which will be listed on their profile.

• In person: If you are in the area, you can also visit the agent’s office in person. This is a good way to get a feel for the agent and the agency, and to ask any questions you may have.

Here are some additional tips for contacting an agent/agency/developer regarding a property:

• Be clear and concise in your message.
• Provide as much information as possible, such as the property you are interested in and your contact information.
• Be polite and respectful.
• Be patient. The agent or agency may be busy and may not be able to get back to you right away.
